MySQL Camp II Details

MySQL Camp II will be held August 23-24, in Brooklyn, New York, at Polytechnic University. There is a hard limit of 200 participants this time, so be sure to register early to claim your spot. Getting here

There is easy public transportation from JFK International airport -- take the Airtrain to the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) to the Atlantic Ave/Flatbush Ave station.

From Newark International Airport (airport code EWR) -- take NJ Transit to New York's Penn Station and from there take the subway.

LaGuardia Airport is not recommended.

Getting around

Driving to MySQL Camp II is not recommended. It is very difficult to find parking in Brooklyn. Daily parking rates can be $75 in a garage!

car service/taxi

In Brooklyn people use "car services" rather than yellow taxis (they're about the same price). However you must typically call a car service rather than hail them from the curb.
